Our compagny

Purchase abd sale of damaged cars.

Each workday of the yaer, our car park is supplied with wrecks meant for either the sale and the dismantling.

Where do these cars come from?

From insurance compagnies.
In collaboration with insurance compagnies the car assessors' offices send us daily invitations to tender for stored cars in the four corners of Belgium.
Our compagny makes as many tenders as she can see cars.
At the term of the invitation to tender, the highest bidder may acquire (in agreement with the owner) the car which he has tendered for.
We provide ourselves the daily removal of our cars and this within a week maximum after the closure of the tenders.

From private individuals.
When the insurance compagnies don't intervene in the compensation for their damage, the private individuals get in touch with our compagny in order to resell their wreck..

Wich purpose for these cars?
Most of our cars are sold to poeple working in the car industry : dealers, coachbuilders,... but don't forget the private individuals who sometimes 'll be happy to purchase a wreck (mechanic to core and with his hands !).
We sell as well at home as in Europe (France, Italy, Greece, finland, ...), ad in the export (Poland, Lithuania, ...).

Sales od spare parts.

Any motor vehicle, wich can't be sold in complete order (and from now on called Out of Service Vehicle : OSV), goes trough different stages in order to end up as spare parts.
As soon as it arrives at the compagny, the OSV is directly stored on a car park - closed to the public - waiting for dimantling.

Stages which the OSV go trough.

Getting rid of the pollution.
B
efore starting the dismantling, each vehicle is emptied of nocious fluids, either by drawing up (brake oil, radiators antifreeze, and so on...), or by gravitation (motor oil, gearbox, petrol, diesel oil,...).

The dismantling
Once the vehicle cleaned, it goes to the wokshop where our team of mecanics carries out the dismantling of all the mecanic parts and penels in order on the vehicle : motor, gearbox, steering rack-and-pinions, shok absorbers, radiators, interiors, controls, doors, bumpers, and so on...

It's obiovous that the newest vehicle (less than 5 yaers) are largely dismantled and that only the main parts (motor and gearbox) are dismantled on older vehicles. It is then up to the customer to take his toolbox to ensure himself the dismantling of the parts he wants.

Once the vehicle dismantled, we still have:

  • the structure (and remaining parts), which finds a place in the park, where the customer will himself dismantle the parts he hasn't found in our shop;
  • The residuals waste, wich is directed to elimination or recycling procedures such as Gallo, Francotte, Jaquet, Recup-Oil.

It's important to point out that the park of an area of 5 hectares is drained and provided with a network of canals; the possible residual fluids go trough a hydrocarbon decanter.

The strorage

Each part before finding a byer, 'll find a place in the fitted shelves from the storage hall and in our organized shop. The prt are cleaned and thoroughly arranged by make and model; the main mechanic parts are subjected to guarantee, what means that each one of them is checked and in perfect working order.

The counter sale

The last stage of the life cycle of a OSV consist in satisfyibng the customer!
A team of 3 to 4 salers is constantly present to inform, serve and allow the customer to save money on his car budget by selling him second-hand parts called re-use parts..
